I have a cryto partition that is using twofish256 (created with some earlier 10.1 beta IIRC). During the update to Beta8 the line in /etc/crytotab was changed from twofish256 to twofishSL92 and after that the system can't mount the partition anymore during boot. Changing it back to twofish256 solves the problem.
