Upgrading from OpenSuSE 10.0 final to OpenSuSE 10.1 final breaks Gnome workspace configuration since the workspace applet is not installed by default for several releases now.

Users have to add the workspace applet manually to retain the preferd configuration from previous versions.

Solution:
- install the workspace applet by default since it is a major enhancement for years over MS Windows and users are used to this by default.

But at least:
- accept workspace configuration to use the applet automaticaly for the user.

Doesn't affect 10.1 to 10.2 upgrades, so not going to fix at this point.
