screencap of the GoTo current track button
There's an icon in this column for the currently playing track. I'd assumed it was just an iconic column label rather than a button. As a column label, it's functional, if passively. Aaron: is this supposed to be a button? This is just an iconic label to indicate what is playing. Maybe it's not necessary, maybe it could be extended later to jump to the current track. However, it presented no issues during user testing last year, so I'd vote for dropping this to enhancement. Changing to an enhancement This indicator is removed in the latest Banshee that will ship in openSUSE 11. Mass-moving some banshee bugs from GNOME to Banshee. Since the icon has been removed from the column header, and since the column is used to indicate multiple things (errors, downloading podcast, etc), I think clicking the header causing jump-to-playing would be confusing. Closing as WONTFIX. |
