As talked in private e-mails with Olaf:

Pegasos has a nice and easy to find line in /proc/cpuinfo (machine: CHRP Pegasos2). This is OK for Pegasos, but for the upcoming EFIKA and OSW it will be different. Either we can add names for those machines, or there is another hint: /proc/device-tree/CODEGEN,vendor is 'bplan GmbH' for any of these machines.

Detection of these machines is needed to fix #141214 and #141461
