The tab sequence in Date and Time has changed.  If you are in "Region" you have to enter Tab three time to move the focus to the Time Zone list.

Please, change the sequence to;
1. Date and Time
2. Time Zone
3. Hardware Clock
4. Change
5. etc.

the ncurses-ui does not seem to be affected.

Please notice bug #149806 - this cannot be changed easily.

Ok, let's re-open bug 149806 ...  Isn't it possible to do some kind of invisible grouping?
