Got an error while generating a profile in sled10-sp1-beta5 asking me to attach a log to this bug.

Interestingly, it has failed to configure the sound card too. I'll log a new bug for that.
okay, there were bugs in yast2-powermanagement, yast2-sound, yast2-network, yast2-bootloader and yast2-registration that I could fix and send the fix to the maintainer. I hope they are all fixed in the next beta. y2-network part fixed (yast2-network 2.13.96). Btw, there were several wireless options missing in the validation file, I've hopefully created the complete list yast2-registration fixed for RC2 Please see bug 266288 (In reply to comment #15) > Please see bug 266288 If I only could! In a clean install of 10.3 beta1 I tried to save a profile from the yast2. Got an error dialog "schema check failed" with this bug #. The error dialog also said:

assuming this helps I'm experiencing this bug as well. In my case, I'm using SLES SP1. I have the same issues described above my xml file fails to validate on bootloader. I have the most up-to-date version of yast2 available. Currently running SLES10 sp1. Ignore comment 41. These were created with slsed10-sp2. (Using the wrong VM. Doh !!) Is this solved in current versions?
