Description Thomas Horsley 2006-12-21 03:01:24 UTC
Turn on log level 7 in the /etc/nxserver/node.conf file and you will
see that all attempts to connect to a freenx server on an x86_64
opensuse 10.2 system results in a segfault as nxagent crashes.

Replacing the x86_64 version of NX with the NX-1.5.0-73.i586.rpm 32 bit
package instead allows freenx to function. It seems to be a well known
truth in the NX community that the software is hopelessly 32 bit
dependent and merely getting it to compile in 64 bits won't actually
make it work. You shouldn't try and put a 64 bit NX in the repos.

Known problem. It's a bug, that the 64bit RPM has been shipped.
