Description Forgotten User TCoG5wn8dE 2007-06-15 21:57:22 UTC
comment 12 in bug 274706 "remove '='" does not work in 10.3alpha5 (86_64).

Here it is tried as "root" hence uid=0 but also as a normal user
results in the same message with uid=1000
Comment 1 Hans-Peter Holler 2007-06-16 21:24:04 UTC
Of course this is a duplicate of 274706, but this new behaviour sets it to be worth to file a new bugzilla. (THX M.B. Peters)
Please notize: This is not a solution, but if you need usb-sticks ...

as root:
- change "flush=" to "flush"
- rchalstop
- rm /var/cache/hald/fdi-cache
- rchalstart

dkukawka: some action ???
Comment 2 Hans-Peter Holler 2007-06-16 21:34:22 UTC
alpha 5's konqueror don't like spaces:
- rchal stop
       ^
- rm /var/cache/hald/fdi-cache
- rchal start
       ^
