Suspend to ram and disk options in KPowersave and in Kickoff are disabled.
Trying to suspend with 'powersave -u' returns: "User is not allowed for hal-powersave-suspend according to PolicyKit". With root permissions I have not problems.

Tested with 10.3a7, 10.3b1 and Factory.
