are doing.
Description of Problem:
Syntax highlighting stopped working. I was having a hardtime saving my
layout (when i closed MD it would default to orig layout). I reinstalled
the same packages. Rinsed and Repeated. Eventually my layout was saved,
syntaxhighlite stopped working. I removed all signs of MD, and all its
dependecies i compiled from source. Recompiled, even tried different
version of gtksharp gtksourceview gtksourceview-sharp etc. Nothing.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start MD
2.
3.

Actual Results:
No syntax highlighting

Expected Results:
Syntax highlighting

How often does this happen?
Always, since that one momement when it just stopped working

Which version of gnome are you using and does nautilus recognize .cs
files as text/x-csharp?

Maybe the mimetype instructions will help at:

do you have a csharp.lang file in your
GNOME_PREFIX/share/gtksourceview-1.0/languages-specs/ ?

is this still occuring? there is really no reason I can see for it to.
If so, please test with gedit and see if gedit hilights. if gedit does
not file a bug on gtksourceview. if is does, reopen this sucker.

closing pending further input

It hasn't been fixed actually. And it looks like a gtksourceview issue
as GEDIT does not highlight either.
