Looks like this uses 2.0 stuff, so setting the milestone.

We should close this as NOTABUG. Otherwise we'll end up with a 'bug' 
for every 2.0 method that's not implemented.

Barbosa, thanks for the report. But it's not a bug. You are using 
a .Net 2.0 feature and at this time we're trying to finish full 1.1 
support before tackling 2.0. However, patches implementing 2.0 stuff 
are always welcome!

Win32 support implemented in SVN, r75048.
X11 implementation comming soon.

Hey Juliano, now it is implemented but you must use last SVN version,
I commit this feature in revision 75131.

Some stetic things can do on Balloon to make it better but it is
enough to have your program working :)
