Description of Problem:
When i click a tab in the designer window i get a 4-way crosshair like when
i want to move a tab. the crosshair stays like this until i click somewhere
again.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open more then one file
2. click a tab
3. release the mouse button and move your mouse

Actual Results:
tab moves

Expected Results:
just open the tab

How often does this happen? 
always

Additional Information:
not really severe, only annoying.

It seems to be solved in 0.13.1
This one can be closed
