Is it possible that this bug is triggered by the "wlan0_rename" interface naming problem? dmesg says at boot time: "wlan0 renamed to wlan0_rename". Is this the normal behavior?
I have forgotten to remove the NEEDINFO flag previous time.... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 308971 *** Péter, please take a look at the 308971. This is not a dupe of #308971, #354141 seems to be the correct bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 354141 *** |
Created attachment 177039 [details] screenshot YaST2 shows an extra wireless network card besides my real wired and wireless network cards. See the attachment. (I am using networkmanager and iwl3945 driver.) YaST2 says that the device is not set up and it cannot be deleted. If I delete the other (already configured) wireless card and configure this 'extra' card as DHCP and then restart YaST2, I'll see exactly the same thing: it shows 3 network cards again.
