Description Stuart Swales 2007-10-18 14:24:21 UTC
With my Windows XP partition hibernated, I tried an install.

All well until it tried to mount /dev/sda2, which then failed.

GRUB loader had been written to disc but no entries, so simple reboot ends up at grub> prompt.

I managed to boot Windows (getting in out of hibernate so I could shutdown and successfully retry install) by rootnoverify/chainloader but I guess other folks may have trouble...
