Yes, otherwise there are no apparent problems, except Bug 340516 which seems to be fixed by now.

Same here, only wav files under tab "Sounds" are not playing at all ( error.wav, logout.wav, login.wav )

Yes, it'd be a different bug.
Also, check to make sure that pulseaudio is running by clicking on the volume applet, then manager. If it says "Can not connect" run pulseaudio from a terminal (as yourself, not as root) and try again.
