Description Juergen Weigert 2008-01-21 18:00:56 UTC
This is a lenovo x60 laptop.
installed with SuSE 10.3 and regular online updates.

I have a MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-852 RB02 PQ
The device comes up as /dev/dvd1 aka /dev/sr0 after boot.
When I insert a DVD (any data DVD, tested with a SUSE 10.3 DVD)
konqueror opens, and points me to system:/dev/sr0
The window remains empty and an error popup occurs:

hal-storage-removable no <-- (action, result)

[OK]

A manual mount /dev/sr0 /mnt/
works as expected.
