Some days ago there were two xorg-x11-Xnest updates at the same time.
I klicked "Install" one of them installed together with other patches but this one remains in the update list.

It can not be installed and unselecting it and pressing Cancel makes it dissappear for a very short time... and Updater will turn red...

My guess is that the update that succeeded was newer and thus is blocking this one.

What updater did you used, YOU, opensuse-updater-kde, opensuse-updater-gnome?
