On 64bit Factory install. QuadCore machine with 8gb of memory.

When switching between windows (mail, calender, notes etc) it takes >5 seconds and causes massive disk activity. It does not matter if I keep switching between only mail and calender several times, it still takes >5 seconds and causes the disk activity.

I don't know what information I can collect for you so please advice.
