Description Clark Tompsett 2008-06-25 16:48:54 UTC
The updated version of knetworkmanager fails to hang up a CDMA modem reliably. knm will hang up the modem but after several cycles of dial/hangup, knm will not hang the modem up. There are no messages in the Networkmanager log. No information seen in dmesg.

Maybe duplicate of #404117.
Comment 2 Clark Tompsett 2008-06-30 11:42:12 UTC
The first connect and disconnect works. The next connect also works, but you cannot disconnect with knm. The only way to close the connection is to disable knm. Restarting knm allows you to connect to the modem but disconnects will fail.

Clark, could you please try if the packages from [1] (I've build the packages for another bug but it contains some fixes regarding device deactivation) fix this issue for you?
