after upgrading ALL my machines from 10.2 (or 10.3) to 11.0 powermanager is not accesible

suspend to RAM and suspend to disk are not accesible from the Kmenu.

when using kde4 they are there.. there is no way to install it using the package manager

Please provide me with the info i need to enclose to solve this bug...

I have seen many other bugs younger and  one older (reopened) than this one...
