Description Forgotten User --EoyBps8f 2008-07-04 05:54:36 UTC
IF my network cannot resolve any domains and I open e.g. the printer-module in Yast, I get a button that should allow me to skip the refreshing. Since it takes Yast ~30 seconds per repo to state that it could not resolve the domain, this button would indeed be useful, yet it is not possible to click it while Yast is refreshing the sources.

Expected behaviour: abort and skip all refreshing, if the user clicks on the button.

I assume that there are open issues for multi-threading in the software implementation to improve GUI responsiveness.

This seems to be a duplicate of bug #402593, the abort button is actually relabeled to "skip refresh" during autorefresh.
