Description Forgotten User PJpAC5DKqq 2008-07-08 17:57:50 UTC
I have GF 6200 and succesfully used Nvidia drivers from suse repos in openSUSE 10.x. Now, with 11.0, if i use drivers from suse repos, X wont start. Even sax2 fails. If i use drivers from Nvidia site, they works fine. Other GF 6200 users have same issues: http://forums.opensuse.org/hardware/387884-nvidia-rpm-drivers-wont-work-gf-6200-a.html

I use drivers from Nvidia site at the moment, because they works.
Comment 5 Stefan Dirsch 2008-07-09 02:25:42 UTC
As expected. The same device ID. You need to install the driver manually for the time being due to Bug #390272.
