Hi, 

there is currently this dependency cycle for installation of openssl: 

libopenssl <-> openssl-certs <->openssl<->

it would be nice to reduce the libopenssl -> openssl-certs one to a recommends or make only openssl require openssl-certs. the current cycle causes (without manual override) build failures because of changeroots being setup in wrong installation order. 

at the moment a hack was added to the OBS (for some reason the bug didn't appear with autobuild).
