Can you please varify that it's powersave which causes the freeze? Please do 'chkconfig -d powersave' and reboot, still freezing? (You have to 'chkconfig -a powersave' to reenable it) Furthermore, please try to boot with CPUFREQ=off. Thanks. No info provided for over 3 month. John, if the problem persists and you can provide the requested information, feel free to reopen this bug. Can you try if that also happens with openSUSE 11.1? |
