Further investigation revealed this: test user account stops working in kdm, when I enable the fingerprint reader in yast for this account. This is a lenovo X60s. I could log in after disabling the fingerreader, reenabled -> failed, redisabled -> succeeded again. Christian, can your team give guidance on this? can you try again with the next beta? I've fixed a couple of fingerprint issues. No issues with Beta6 and kdm, fingerprint reader is working. No issues with SLED-11-RC1 either, but I don't have kdm there.... fingerprint reader and kdm seems like a duplicate of bug 450893 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 450893 *** |
