Reproducible: always
Try to change background.  Notice current background name is 'blue curl' but background is obviously not blue. Select a different background, and then select Blue Curl.  Correct image is now displayed.

Full install KDE4 LiveCD RC1

*this is minor, but I thought it was important.

This works fine in SLED11R3, which is newer code, so I assume fixed.
