Description Andreas Jaeger 2008-12-10 09:26:01 UTC
Just had a package failure and looking for y2logRPM I could not find it. Looking further I even found in y2log: "tail: cannot open ...y2logRPM for reading: No such file..."

y2logRPM is replaced by /var/log/zypp/history. save_y2logs saves it.
Comment 3 Andreas Jaeger 2008-12-10 09:39:29 UTC
YaST somewhere uses still y2logRPM to show error message, check the last line of the log file. If y2logRPM does not exist anymore, then all usage of it needs to be removed - currently in case of rpm install fails you do not get any info.
