Description andrea florio 2008-12-24 10:07:46 UTC
hi, when i work on software managment yast close automatically even if i don't want, lots of times i need to install packages in a particular sequence, or add a repository, install a package and remove the repository and so on..

on suse 10,2 10,3 and 11.0 it ask me if i want to close it, that's true, the pop up may be annoyning but yast that close itself is more.

not sure if it is a bug or something you want to do, but if it is the second this bug should be moved to enhacement.

all package manager i used, from synaptic to mandriva one ecc all of them do not close themselves.

again, if it is a your choice, i agree to remove the pop up question, but package manager should NOT close itself.. it should simply come back to package search

It IMHO looks like the software manager has crashed or is broken, so letting the sw_single window open after packaages has been installed should be better solution.
