crosscrash is not ready on PPC. Sorry. crash should be 64 bit. But it's 32 bit. I agree that this is completely useless. Dirk/Anja, can we release the 64 bit crash on ppc/openSUSE as maintenance update. Just as it is, but 64 bit. I disabled build now for 32 bit PPC to prevent that in future. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Fri Jan 23 19:18:36 CET 2009 - bwalle@suse.de - Don't build on 32 bit PPC to prevent distribution of 32 bit PPC packages. Since kdump doesn't exist on ppc and crash-ppc cannot read ppc64 (ELF64) dumps, such a package doesn't have any practical benefit. ------------------------------------------------------------------- The SWAMPID for this issue is 22217. Please submit the patch and patchinfo file using this ID. (https://swamp.suse.de/webswamp/wf/22217) Patchinfo submitted. fixed in factory config. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 469307 *** Update released for: crash, crash-devel, crash-doc, crash-sial Products: openSUSE 11.1 (debug, i586, ppc64, x86_64) |
