Same with vscan-mcdaemon.so opensuse 11.1 64bit I am working on this right now. there are more missing symbols, not only init_samba_module.. working on it. Ok this has waited a long time. I am sorry there where higher priority bugs around. I am working on the rest of the port now. any luck with this yes, I am on it. Currently replacing outdated pstrcpy calls and friends with reasonable talloc calls. Any progress since last comment? Same for me too ! Any news ? Same for me too ! Any news ? I am sorry for the late reply. I now have a working vscan code tree for samba => 3.2.14, which I am now porting to older samba versions, which I am expecting to release into the suse packages very soon. This will introduce some new features (and/or fixes) from a code point of view, which will eventually lead to a new version of the samba-vscan package ( as published by openantivirus.org). This includes the introduction of talloc to the code, and no longer being restricted to file paths shorter than 1024 bytes. *** Bug 551261 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Please give these packages a try and report feedback.
