DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

When you mouseover the icons on the Welcome Page, a red dot appears where the
button should be shown.  It looks like there is a missing graphic for each
button. This only happens on Linux.

llowry (  8/27/2004 5:55:25 PM  Fixing - Approved for Investigation ) Christian,
make sure you have the right graphics all in place.  The default Eclipse Welcome
pages works okay, but ours doesn't.

I don't see a change in build 114.  Red dot still appears.

Verified this fix in build 218 on SUSE 9.2 Prof. Red dot no longer appears when
you mouseover the four big graphics on the main Welcome page.
