PROBLEM STATEMENT:

BalloonTip alert role is missing "modal" and has extraneous "resizable" states

REPRO:

1. run accerciser
2. run uia2atk/test/samples/notifyicon.py, click "balloon" button to invoke
alert window
3. in accerciser, expand 'ipy' on the left tree, select item with "alert" role name, see states under "interface viewer" 

RESULTS:

alert role shows (enabled, resizable, sensitive, showing, visible) states, "modal" is missing and "resizable" is extraneous


EXPECTED RESULTS:

alert should have (enabled, modal, sensitive, showing, visible) states
