PROBLEM STATEMENT:

Icon in BalloonTip alert window has extraneous "resizable" and "focusable" states

REPRO:

1. run accerciser
2. run uia2atk/test/samples/notifyicon.py, click "balloon" button to invoke
alert window
3. in accerciser, expand item with 'alert' role on the left tree, select icon, see states under "interface viewer" 

RESULTS:
icon shows (enabled, resizable, focusable, sensitive, showing, visible) states,
"resizable" and "focusable" are extraneous


EXPECTED RESULTS:

icon should have (enabled, sensitive, showing, visible) states
