PROBLEM STATEMENT:

label in BalloonTip alert window has extraneous "resizable" and "focusable"
states

REPRO:

1. run accerciser
2. run uia2atk/test/samples/notifyicon.py, click "balloon" button to invoke
alert window
3. in accerciser, expand item with 'alert' role on the left tree, select label,
see states under "interface viewer" 

RESULTS:
label shows ['sensitive', 'focusable, 'resizable', 'showing', 'enabled', 'multi line', 'visible'] states,
"resizable" and "focusable" are extraneous


EXPECTED RESULTS:

label should have ['sensitive', 'showing', 'enabled', 'multi line', 'visible'] states
