packet traces, memory coredump location.
Accurate customer information so that proper 
prioritizing of the defect is
possible (mainly for NTS defects)

The delete key doesn't work but the backspace key does, 
moving severity to minor.

This is also a problem with the XMLEditor in the configuration plugin.

Karen who works on the Hafnium editor is helping us track this down, we are 
waiting for information.

Karin, provided a new class that allows us to house the hafnium editor within 
a dialog. This also solved the delete key problem.
