REPRO:
1 run uia2atk/test/samples/colordialog.py, click button to raise color dialog
2 run accerciser, expand dialog, select panel[0] to see states under 'interface viewer'

RESULTS:

panel[0] which is containing 64 color PushButtons has extraneous 'focusable' state

EXPECTED RESULTS:

panel shouldn't has focusable state due to it's unfocused
