Implement WindowPattern for DbusCore.  This should essentially amount to a thin
wrapper over the corresponding DbusCore interface.

Committed to trunk, but 5/6 tests are failing, reflecting issues in UIAWinforms and/or Mono SWF.  Leaving this bug open until I file new ones for those issues.
