DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
(Migrated from Remedy DEFECT000394811).
I created a project called "my project # 1."  The first problem I had was the
modeler did not open after I clicked Finish in the Identity Manager Project
wizard, only after I created another project.  Then when I double-click on "my
project #1" in the Project View, an error message appears. I have attached the
log file.

This is fixed. We can now create and edit projects that have 
weird characters in them.

Verified that this is fixed in build 20050107 on Windows XP and NLD.
Successfully created a project with a '#' in the project name.
