It seems build of xorg-x11-Xvnc is disabled - from the xorg-x11-server changelog

* Fri Feb 27 2009 sndirsch@suse.de
- xorg-server 1.6.0
- temporarily disabled build of Xvnc/libvnc.so

Please can this be re-instated?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to install a vnc server such as tightvnc

Actual Results:
Install fails with "nothing provides xorg-x11-Xvnc needed by tightvnc..."
