DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
(Migrated from Remedy DEFECT000395106).
Currently, when the modeler is opened for the first time the focus is set to the
Outline View instead of the Project View.  This only occurs on Windows.  Focus
should be set on the Project View by default.  This will make it consistent with
Designer on Linux.

BUILD NUMBER: Porpoise build 20041202

Oses/CONFIG: Windows XP

STEPS TO REPRO: 
1) Install Designer on Windows
2) Click Run on the Welcome Page

RESULTS:
Notice the focus is on the Outline View.

Switch to project view during manual customizition.  Put in 
customization doc as well.

This doesn't seem to be working in build 20050107. The modeler still opens to
Outline View by default on Windows.

This is fixed and in the build for 2.1. Let me know if you have any questions

Verified this fix in build 218 on Windows 2K Pro and SUSE 9.2 Prof. Focus is now
set on Project View by default.
