f I have my project view open with various things 
expanded, when I shutdown and restart Designer, the 
things I had expanded should come back up expanded.

This has been moved from Remedy. The number there 
was 000383151

Verified this fix in Designer build 120 on Windows XP and SUSE 9.2 Prof. 
Expansion state of Project View is retained across startup/shutdown of Designer.
