I guess you know it's currently supposed to open the gconf defined mailto handler which usually works as expected. Given the history of open Firefox bugs here I won't close it but actually it belongs to features.opensuse.org as it involves a bit of work and is not a "bug". If one has a look at the list of apps it shows evolution (which is not installed) and google and yahoo. It should show kmail as well, if it is installed. Yes, it should but it doesn't. The list you get offered has two parts: part 1: preconfigured web handlers like google and yahoo part 2: the default application returned by gnome apis (gconf or gnomevfs) As the gconf default for mailto is evolution that is offered as app. There are several enhancement requests about that stuff reported upstream but not many people implementing them. That's a dupe of bug 494376 in the end, isn't it? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 494376 *** |
