In installed gnome system, the system menu's shutdown command is not shutting down the computer. there is a bug http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=533919 where this is happening in gnome live cd.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log in as user
2. navigate to shut down dialog via main menu
3. choose the shut down option
Actual Results:  
user get logged off, user log in page shows up

Expected Results:  
the computer shuts down

when i press the power button, shut down dialog appears and after i select shut down, computer shuts down normally. let me know if i can help by submiting logs and/or hardware informations ( i really dont know what logs to submit)
