DETAILED DESCRIPTION: Bug Written by DRFOSTER:
If I change my zoom to 75%, shutdown Designer and restart it, the zoom is set
back to 100%.  Shouldn't it retain the zoom state across shutdown/startup cycles?

tpew (  11/23/2004 1:05:21 PM  Fixing - Failed ) It does retain the zoom state,
except that the zoom bar will say 100%. In other words, the objects are still
zoomed, but the zoom bar doesn't accurately reflect it.

Read in Eclipse preference store to set to last setting.
