After upgrading from 11.1, pidgin(-2.6.3) loses all passwords stored in accounts.xml, and won't save them either when reentering them.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install pigdin-2.6.3 from 11.2
2. Set a password for an account and have "Remember password" checked.
3. Quit pidgin.
4. Restart pidgin.
Actual Results:
You get prompted for the password you just said to have remembered.

Expected Results:
Just log in using the previously-entered password.
