User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; de; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091222 SUSE/3.5.7-1.1.1 Firefox/3.5.7

After openSUSE installation, the network card worked out of the box (?), I can't connect to the Internet, or rather I could connect but firefox must start connecting for three times. And no chance to loading the online repositorys.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Yast network options
2.change all network-cards (ports?) to activate at system start
3.save

attach yast2 logs, describe, how did you configure your network (NetworkManager, static, dhcp, ...)?

(In reply to comment #1)

I don't use NetworkManager, I use ifup.

I have two LAN Connections and one Wireless:

RTL8111/8168B PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller (Nicht verbunden)
MAC : 00:24:1d:1d:48:4f
BusID : 0000:02:00.0

RTL8111/8168B PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller
MAC : 00:24:1d:1d:84:9f
BusID : 0000:03:00.0

MARVELL Wireless Device V1.0.1.2
MAC : 08:10:75:0a:b4:26
BusID : 1-2:1.0

The Wireless is configured with NDIS-Wrapper. (Zio X7)
All connections configured (with? to?) DHCP (DHCP version 4 and 6)

All start at boot.

2 dhcp interfaces at the same time?
How did you solved priorities to avoid race condition routes/dns?
if you disable one of that interfaces and enable the other one, it works fine?
Comment 4 Ferdinand Thiessen 2010-02-22 18:51:41 UTC
The first RTL8111 is not connected.
If I change this I have the same problem.
