PROBLEM STATEMENT:
When I launch F-Spot and uia-explorer, 
the table header element occasionally report in a bad state. 
the following steps may not reproducible, since it happened randomly, just for the record here.

REPRODUCE:
1. Run F-Spot
2. Click "Edit" and "Manage Extensions"
3. Run UIA-Explorer
4. Navigate to the "Table" (show some dataitems on the left side in the window) from left treeview.

and added some steps. 
5) some times, the headers of the Table are not displayed in the tree view.
6) some times, the Table has "Header", but they still seem to be in a bad state.
