NOTE: This started in Milestone 7, all were fine before.
I have 2 disks, both LVM, I am placing MS7 onto an LVM volume. After the partition setup is complete and installation starts, I get error -3011 trying to mount the partition. I tried using device name and volume ID but nogo. I was able to install only 1 time and then nothing helped. As a test I was able to install 11.2 onto the partition fine. Keep in mind I installed 11.3 MS1-6 without this problem.

dup of 598193.

YaST trigger an "add" event for the dm device, and the new udev  rules for device mapper delete the device file on "add" event ...

Think it's fixed now.
