after installing a new fresh 11.3 RC2 in na new system I have this messages ?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install RC2
2.configured RAID in the Bios
3.Reboot

Interesting. I think that someone break md array in udev rules as I see second similar issue for RC2 - Perl-Bootloader: 2010-07-01 09:59:57 ERROR: UDEVMAPPING: dmdev /dev/dm-0 doesn't have defined DM_NAME in udev
so there is related bug 619283

I see there also another issue with translating which I must inspect.

To clarify second issue which I see (but it looks like that it doesn't affect installation) - what kind of md Raid do you have?

I configured a Raid 1, installed are 4 Disks, it is also possible to create a Raid 5 (SoftRaid).
