Description Klaus Kämpf 2010-07-17 07:21:52 UTC
After zypper dup from RC2 to final and a fresh reboot, I was unable to browse the web.
Entering the IP address of the router worked, so network itself was fine but name resolution broken.

A quick "cat /etc/resolv.conf" revealed
# Generated by NetworkManager
(just a single comment line)

However, there was a '/etc/resolv.conf.netconfig' file with the correct content.

I copied this file to /etc/resolv.conf and network seems to fully work again.

This issue already was fixed. So please delete the /etc/resolv.conf, then try it again.
